Your stories, not ours
Five stories answer almost every behavioural question.
Interviewers rotate phrasings over the same five archetypes. The question bank shows you the shape of a strong answer; reciting our model stories as your own fails on the second follow-up, because you did not live them. So mine yours here, with real numbers.
Same incident, told twice
The answer interviewers forget
"We had a production issue once. I helped fix it and we learned a lot about monitoring as a team."
Your five stories

What they are really asking: Calibration and honesty. They want a real failure with stakes, a diagnosis that reached the mechanism, and evidence it changed how you work. A trivial failure or a blameless one reads as evasion.
Say it out loud
Your story assembles here as you write, exactly as you would say it. The highlighted parts are your figures, the bits an interviewer remembers.
